During His earthly ministry, Jesus lived a life of thanksgiving. He gave thanks to God for many things at many different times. For example, He gave thanks to God when He broke the loaves and fishes and fed 4,000 people (Matthew 15:36). And He gave thanks to God when He had the last supper with His disciples, knowing suffering and death were close (Mark 14:22-23).

Thanksgiving should be a regular part of our lives. Just like Jesus made thankfulness a priority, I encourage you to follow His example. A heart and conversation full of thankfulness will make any day better.
