The Vale Benefice Churches Ride & Stride takes place on 14th September. Volunteers will be in either the Main Church or St John’s Rooms all day to greet the riders or walkers. Please see Terry Mawdesley in person, or contact the church office, regarding volunteering or sponsorship. There will be a private function occurring in the Church Hall, which we would ask visitors to be respectful of.
The Annual Parochial Church Meeting for St John’s will be held in the Church Hall, this is everyone’s chance to hear the reports of what has happened over the last year and have your say in what happens next year!
