Bubbles learn about prayer

The theme for our Bubbles Sunday Club this week was prayer. The children talked about:- standing, sitting, jumping and lying down to pray. What prayer might look, smell and sound like to God who loves it when we pray to Him. Welcome to the family!

On Sunday 16th in the evening we had one of those special occasions when we could welcome new members to our church family. The jolly Bishop of Dorchester, recently returned from his well-earned break after filling in until Bishop Steven came to Oxford, took the service in his usual relaxed way. Spring Harvest in mizzly Minehead

Last week 34 of us had penetrated the mists of Somerset to Butlins Holiday Camp. We were three generations, children, parents and grandparents. Update from Nepal – Dan and Becky

    It’s three years this month since the earthquake in Nepal and many people, especially in remote mountainous regions, are still living in temporary accommodation. Daniel, Becky and the children went trekking during the holiday and say ‘we passed through many villages which seemed to be just starting the rebuilding process, and stayed in two villages where nothing survived the earthquake. Hall Improvements Phase 2

At the 10am service on 4th February, we launched phase 2 of the Hall Improvements scheme.
